Pharmacy Law CE for Technicians Contract

This Pharmacy Law Continuing Education (CE) Contract (the „Contract”) is entered into on this ____ day of ____________, 20__, by and between the Pharmacy Technician („Technician”) and the Pharmacy Board („Board”).

1. Scope Services
The Technician shall enroll in and successfully complete a Pharmacy Law CE course approved by the Board, in accordance with the requirements set forth in the State Pharmacy Practice Act and Regulations.
2. Term
This Contract shall commence on the date of signing and shall terminate upon the Technician`s successful completion of the Pharmacy Law CE course and submission of the required documentation to the Board.
3. Compensation
The Technician shall be responsible for the payment of all fees and costs associated with the Pharmacy Law CE course. The Board shall have no obligation to reimburse the Technician for such expenses.
4. Representations Warranties
The Technician represents and warrants that they are in compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy in the State and that they shall fulfill all obligations under this Contract in a timely and professional manner.
5. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Contract shall be resolved in accordance with the State Pharmacy Practice Act and Regulations.
6. Entire Agreement
