Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can make a free return within 60 days from the date you receive your order.

Return rules:

  • You have 60 days to return your order from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are completely free within Poland – we cover the cost of return shipping.
  • The product should be returned in an unused condition, in its original packaging.

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from the moment we receive the returned product.

How to make a return?

  1. Go to the returns page: Figgle - return form

  2. Fill out the short online form and download your return label.

  3. Drop off the package at the selected carrier’s service point.

Alternative return option / International returns

You can also return the product using another method. In that case:

  • You cover the shipping cost yourself.
  • Send the package to: Figgle, ul. Godebskiego 23/2, 51-691 Wrocław, Poland
  • We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

Important:

  • The return is free of charge only if you use the Furgonetka return form within Poland.

  • If there are visible signs of use or damage, the return may be rejected.

  • Please, if possible, include the receipt in the package. This is not a requirement for the return, but it significantly speeds up processing and accounting.
