Once products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

The Figgle™ store is powered by Shopify technology, allowing us to offer our Services. However, all sales are made directly by Figgle™.

You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any part of the transaction between you and Figgle™, including any injuries, damages, or losses.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from liability related to transactions made through the Figgle™ store.
